4月20日，李克强总理在成都考察了中国-欧洲中心（Icon云端），总理高兴地表示 “今天我记住了，这个在成都的中欧中心！”

On April 20, Premier Li Keqiang inspected the China-Europe Center (Icon Yunduan Tower) in Chengdu. "Today I remember the China-Europe Center in Chengdu!" Premier Li said happily.

 

 

 

中国-欧洲中心（Icon云端）是芬兰PES建筑设计事务所在中国的又一综合体建筑。PES在2009年赢得项目国际竞赛的基础上，和中国建筑西南设计研究院有限公司共同合作开展设计，历时8年，项目于2017年竣工。

 

The China-Europe Center (Icon Yunduan Tower) is a mixed-use complex in China designed by PES-Architects. After winning the international design competition of the project in 2009, PES collaborated with CSWADI to develop the design, and the tower is completed in 2017.

 

 

独特的建筑外观仿佛白色山峰从水面升起穿入云层直挂云帆，云端之上，逍遥人间，一跃成为成都城市地标建筑。同时，其商务办公区域被欧盟所使用，建立起“中国——欧洲中心”这一国家级经贸文化交流平台。

 

The unique appearance of the building symbolizes white mountain peaks that sits on top of water and reaches up towards the sky. This Iconic gesture turns the building into a landmark of Chengdu. At the same time, its business office area is used by the European Union to establish the "China-Europe Center", a national-level economic, trade and cultural exchange platform.

 

 

项目由192米的超高层综合体——云端塔，可容纳千人的天府音乐厅以及高端临江住宅三个主要功能区构成，总建筑面积约21万㎡。

 

The whole complex consists of three main functional compartments: the 192-meter high Icon Yunduan Tower, the Tianfu Concert Hall with 1,000 seats, and the high-end riverside residential development. The total construction area is approximately 210,000 square meters.

 

 

 

多层级轮廓彰显建筑特色 

Stepped terraces as the architecture’s silhouette

 

 

192米的高楼随着楼层的逐步升高，形状也从底层的“L”型逐渐演变成长方形。弧形展现的建筑外轮廓可以尽情俯瞰东南角的天府河，打造出天府大道周边的笔直边缘。

 

As the floor rises gradually along the building’s 192 meter height, the floor plan shape evolves from the "L" shape on the ground floor to a rectangular shape on top. The curved outline of the building creates windows that overlook the Tianfu River in the southeast corner, while maintaining straight edges around Tianfu Avenue.

 

 

在阶梯状立面内的绿色露台以平滑的曲线流入建筑当中，与整个综合体形成交错相融的“竹林”效果。让整栋建筑物看起来犹如一座平滑的白色山体，重峦叠嶂。

 

The green terrace on the stepped façade flows into the building in a smooth curve, forming a staggered "bamboo forest" that embraces the entire complex. The whole building look like a white mountain that has many ridges and peaks.

 

 

 

 云端综合体的功能主义规划 

The practical programming of Icon Yunduan Tower

 

PES出于功能主义的规划思路将原来的建筑单体转变成综合体，将购物中心、特色餐饮、酒店式公寓及商务办公等多种功能集合到一起，形成一系列配套完备的产业链条。地下空间还配有千余个座位的地下音乐厅和职工区域。这种形式的设计不仅增加了建筑多样化的活动属性，更充分利用了地下空间的功能布局。

 

PES transformed the originally single-functioned tower into a mixed-use complex, bringing together a variety of functions such as shopping malls, restaurants and bars, hotel-style apartments, and business offices to form a complete chain of commerce. The underground space is also equipped with a 1,000 seats concert hall and its staff area. This multi-functional programming not only increases the diversity of activities distributed in the building, but also excavated the programmatic potential of the underground space.

 

 

 

 

 

北欧式的办公建筑室内设计手法 

Nordic style office interior design

 

 

 

北欧式的设计手法一直是简洁通透、极具功能性和舒适性，明亮的色块和线条点缀室内设计，ICON云端塔中的黑白交错也正体现了这种人文兼具的设计属性。

 

The Nordic design style always favors simplicity, transparency, functionality and comfort, utilizes bright color blocks and lines to embellish the space. The black and white interlacing in the ICON Yunduan tower reflects this humanistic design attribute.

 

 

PES不仅考虑到造型本身，也考虑到了云端塔内部的空间构造，最大限度上完整室内的空间设计。

PES not only considers building form, but also the interior office space and structure, in order to optimize the interior space design.
