2020年11月，芬兰PES建筑设计事务所受邀参加南昌保利大剧院国际竞赛。在历时数月的激烈竞争中，PES在国内外众多优秀参赛设计单位中脱颖而出，赢得竞赛，成功中标。PES-Architects was invited to participate the international architectural design competition of Nanchang Poly Grand Theatre in November, 2020. After the intense competition stage which lasted for several months, PES prevailed among the top level designers and won the architecture competition.

福州海峡文化艺术中心（SCAC）

2013年，福州市政府举办了海峡文化艺术中心国际邀请赛，旨在加强城市文化形象和马尾新城的开发。 PES建筑事务所的获奖方案旨在通过一种新型的“文化消费中心”为所有人提供非凡的文化陶冶体验。该中心的文化功能辅以商业和亲子娱乐功能，以创建一个现代化的文化综合体。这种形式是中国文化场馆建设新阶段的典型样式。海峡文化艺术中心位于马尾新城，面向闽江。海峡文化艺术中心的关键词是连接。该项目连接台湾海峡沿岸的城市和社区，将福州马尾新城的开发，通向闽江的水道和周边自然环境连接在一起。最后，海峡文化艺术中心将人们与文化紧密联系起来。

ICON云端项目位于成都市郊高新区。该综合体项目旨在为这个城市边界区域带来一座综合性的地标建筑，就像该区域内先期建造的那些地标建筑一样。

无锡大剧院

Wuxi Grand Theatre

无锡大剧院的主要设计理念是基于它的区域位置。剧院选址在太湖南岸地区的人造半岛上，附近有一座高速公路大桥，这使得该基地位置可与悉尼大剧院相媲美。该位置决定大剧院成为重要的地标性建筑，建筑如同巨大的雕像一般从基地高度升起到50m高处。建筑的8个巨大的屋顶如翅膀般远远伸出墙外，让剧院看起来像一只蝴蝶，大屋顶同时也有利于阻挡阳光的热量。

圣诞老人的故乡芬兰，又被誉为“千湖之国”。殊不知，在一汪汪静谧幽深的湖面之下，涌动着万年冰川侵蚀的能量。自1920年起，为了打通中欧海上“丝绸之路”，芬兰便开始借助破冰船在波罗的海中开辟一条自由的海上航线。于是，每当深冬时节，破冰船会在湖面和海面上形成的一道道特殊风景线，像极了《北欧神话》中的冰火创世纪之初，“雾国”尼夫尔海姆和“烈焰之国”穆斯贝尔海姆相遇时，冰川崩裂、碎冰激飞的情景。来到万里之遥的东方“海上丝绸之路”重城南京，破冰船所产生的大型冰块即被芬兰建筑公司PES建筑设计事务所（以下简称PES）转化为建筑语言，成为连结两国在经济、文化、环保等诸领域合作纽带的中芬经贸文化合作交流中心（以下简称“中芬中心”），屹立在秦淮河南岸的南部新城。

OP金融集团创新和培训中心位于赫尔辛基古西萨里岛（Kuusisaari）海边，是木质结构建筑。该中心不仅为举行各类活动、研讨会和培训提供了鼓舞人心的环境，同时这些灵活的多功能设施也为公司员工和干系人提供了不断发展的混合协作模式。The wood-built innovation and training centre for the OP Financial Group in Kuusisaari, Helsinki, forms an inspiring environment for company events, workshops and training by the sea. PES-Architects proposal “Maja” won the invited design and tender competition organised by OP in 2020. The goal was to replace the existing corporate hospitality premises with up-to-date, multifunctional facilities to support new and future forms of hybrid and collaborative work for OP’s staff and stakeholders.

“人们常常乘坐游轮从日常生活的磨难中逃离片刻，而码头的出现正提醒乘客接下来曼妙的海上旅程，给予来宾轻盈的情绪。该提案闪耀而动感。建筑语言基于拓扑变化的三角形表面：钢板，玻璃，铝材等多种材料被玩心满满的组合搭配。设计同时具有银色鲑鱼皮或钢制船只等海洋意向。虽然题目并不对应于海的世界，但日本折纸的隐喻是迷人的，它指向一个笼罩在想象中的异域。”People often go on a cruise to take a break from the daily grind, and the appearance of the terminal building sets the passengers in the right mood for a sea voyage. The proposal has flamboyance and movement. The architecture is based on oblique triangular surfaces; play with steel, glass and aluminium. With the design associating maritime symbolism with silvery salmon skin or steel ships, the name ORIGAMI, Japanese transcription of their paper-folding sculpture, as a metaphor makes even more imaginative appeal of the exotic than if directly pointing to the sea.

2021年1月，芬兰PES建筑设计事务所受邀参加上海潜艇博物馆国际竞赛。历时数月的竞赛阶段后，PES最终赢得竞赛，成功中标。PES-Architects was invited to participate in the international architectural design competition of Shanghai submarine Museum in January, 2021. After the competition lasted several months，PES finally won the competition.

2021年4月，PES参加“物美科技南方总部项目建筑方案设计国际竞赛”从58家申请单位中成功入围，成为6家入围单位之一In April, 2021, PES-Architects participated the international architectural design competition for the head office project of Wumart South Technology and was successfully shortlisted from 58 applicants, becoming one of the 6 shortlisted entries.

2022年1月，PES建筑事务所受金茂集团邀请参与了赣江新区中医药国际生态科技小镇项目文化艺术中心及景观塔建筑方案设计国际投标。In January 2022, PES Architects was invited by Jinmao Group to participate in the international bidding for the architectural design of the cultural art center and landscape tower of the Ganjiang New Area Traditional Chinese Medicine International Ecological Technology Town Project.

第81届世界科幻大会场地暨成都科幻馆

81st World Science Fiction Convention Venue (Chengdu Science Fiction Pavilion)

世界科幻大会是全球最受瞩目，历史最悠久，规模和影响力最大的科幻文化主题活动。其颁发的“雨果奖”为世界科幻大奖，被誉为“科幻界的诺贝尔奖”。在华盛顿举办的第79届世界科幻大会上，成都正式取得了2023年第81届世界科幻大会举办资格。这是世界科幻大会第一次在中国举办，也是继2007年日本横滨之后，第二次在亚洲城市举办。设计为81届世界科幻大会提供场所，会议结束之后，大会场所将改造成科幻主题科技展览馆。The World Science Fiction Convention is the world's most high-profile, longest-standing, largest and most influential science fiction culture event, whose "Hugo Award" is the highest regard in the field of science fiction writing. At its 79th Convention held in Washington, D.C., Chengdu officially won the right for the 81st World Science Fiction Convention in 2023, the first time in China and the second in Asia. A venue will be specially designed for the Convention, and thereafter transformed into a science fiction themed exhibition center.

2020年6月，PES作为意向邀请设计单位，与香港华艺设计顾问（深圳）有限公司组成联合体，受邀参与“国际演艺中心”建筑方案设计国际竞赛。In June, 2020, PES-Architects, working together with Hong Kong Huayi Design Consultants (S.Z) Ltd as the consortium, were invited to participate in the international competition for the architectural design of the "International Performance Center".

我们希望使用邢窑之白瓷，这个邢台关键的文化历史要素，来打造本案的重要视觉意象。古老邢窑中高品质的白瓷，激发出我们的设计概念——“文化容器”，它不仅表述了邢台悠久的历史，还盛放着现代邢台丰富多彩的文化活动，展示出现代邢台的独特魅力。We want that white porcelain of Xing Kiln, the cultural and historical element of Xingtai creates an important image for this project. We have named our concept “Cultural Vessel”, inspired by the high-quality white ceramics of the ancient Xing Kiln. Our concept carries, not only the long history of Xingtai, but also all kinds of cultural activities and charm of modern Xingtai.

从2016年开始，PES就与赫尔辛基市政府一起参与项目的初期规划研究。2021年，PES在公开竞赛中从八家参赛公司中脱颖而出，成功中标！设计工作将于11月初开始。建筑施工工作最早于2022年开始，计划于2026年竣工。PES has been involved in planning the centre together with the City of Helsinki from the earliest needs assessment phase starting in 2016. In 2021,  PES won the design commission through the tough public tendering process (8 participants).The design work is expected to begin in early November. Construction could start in 2022 at the earliest, with the building due for completion by 2026.
