2026年9月10日，PES-Architects 合伙人、发展总监优睿・埃斯科拉（Jyri Eskola）先生参加了第12届 CREDAWARD 地建师设计大奖金银奖角逐活动。其中，综合商办项目类别共有58个项目入围。

9月11日，经过激烈角逐，PES-Architects 的南京中芬合作交流中心项目最终荣获综合商办项目金奖。

On September 10, 2026, Mr. Jyri Eskola, Partner and Director of Development at PES‑Architects, attended the Gold & Silver Award Competition Session of the 12th CREDAWARD Design Awards.A total of 58 projects were shortlisted in the Comprehensive Commercial & Office Project category. 

On September 11, after fierce competition, PES‑Architects' Nanjing Sino‑Finnish Cooperation and Exchange Centre claimed the Gold Award in the Comprehensive Commercial & Office Project category.

Nanjing Sino-Finnish Cooperation and Exchange Centre

南京中芬合作交流中心是江苏省国家级低碳建设示范工程，定位国际化综合交流平台，融合文化、会议、展览、酒店与办公功能，打造大型复合型建筑群落，塑造兼具国际辨识度、公共活力与低碳标杆价值的城市地标。

Commissioned as a national low-carbon construction demonstration project in Jiangsu Province, the Nanjing Sino-Finnish Cooperation and Exchange Centre was briefed to operate as a multifunctional platform for international exchange—bringing together cultural programmes, business conferences, exhibition spaces, hospitality and offices in a single integrated development. Beyond delivering a large mixed-use campus, the brief called for a landmark with global recognisability, strong public life, and an environmental strategy commensurate with its role as a low-carbon exemplar.
