PES-Architects 于越南胡志明市设立全新办公室，进一步布局亚洲市场。

 

此次新设办公室，是公司 2024 年初启动的亚洲战略重要举措，旨在强化品牌在亚洲地区的业务布局。该战略依托 PES-Architects 近二十年来深耕中国市场积累的丰富经验，将成熟运营模式进一步推广，积极开拓区域内全新商业机遇。

 

2024 年秋季，PES-Architects 已在越南迈出关键一步，赢得永隆市农业博物馆建筑设计竞赛。2025 年 2 月，公司在越南斩获首个直接委托项目；截至同年 11 月，文化、休闲及住宅开发等多个项目已同步推进。

市场的快速发展与日益增多的合作契机，推动公司决定设立本地办公室，以此作为常驻基地，深化与越南建筑行业的长期合作。

 

PES-Architects 的合伙人·发展总监 Jyri Eskola 表示：“越南是一个充满活力、高速发展的市场，本土文化底蕴深厚，同时对高品质设计专业服务的需求持续攀升。对我们而言，这是延续近二十年亚洲业务布局、顺势拓展的自然一步。”

 

目前，PES-Architects 已在赫尔辛基、上海、胡志明市三地设立办公室。

 

PES-Architects has established a new office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

 

The new office is part of a strategy launched in early 2024 to strengthen PES-Architects' presence in Asia. The strategy builds on nearly two decades of experience in China, now being applied more broadly to explore new regional business opportunities.

 

PES-Architects took its first step in Vietnam in autumn 2024 by winning the architectural competition for a new agriculture museum in Vinh Long. The first direct commission was secured in Vietnam in February 2025, and by November several projects are already underway, including cultural, leisure and residential developments.

 

Rapid growth and increasing opportunities for collaboration led to the decision to establish a local office, serving as a base for a permanent presence and long-term cooperation within Vietnam's architectural scene.
