2026年1月21日及22日，南京中芬中心经贸合作交流会暨第 40 届秦淮灯会国际招商专场活动在南部新城顺利举行。芬兰驻上海总领事嵇安诺女士，上海芬兰商会执行董事凯瑞先生，秦淮区委副书记、区长凌向前，南部新城管委会及秦淮区相关领导，芬兰PES建筑设计事务所参会。秦淮区委常委、区政府常务副区长，市南部新城管委会党组副书记、副主任陈斌主持会议。

On January 21–22, 2026, the Nanjing China-Finland Center Economic and Trade Cooperation Exchange, together with the International Investment Session of the 40th Qinhuai Lantern Festival, was successfully held in Nanjing’s Southern New Town.
Ms. Anu Vuori, Consul General of the Repubilc of Finland in Shanghai,  Mr. Kari Hakala, FinnCham Shanghai(Finnish Chamber of Commerce in China), Mr. Ling Xiangqian, Deputy Secretary and District Mayor of Qinhuai District Committee, relevant leaders from the Southern New Town Administrative Committee and Qinhuai District, as well as representatives from PES Architects(Finland), attended the event. Mr. Chen Bin, Member of the Standing Committee of Qinhuai District Committee, Executive Deputy District Mayor, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Nanjing Southern New Town Administrative Committee, presided over the meeting.

代表团先后参观了南部新城规划展厅、中芬合作交流中心。交流会上，嵇安诺总领事与凌向前区长分别致辞讲话，期望双方共享机遇、共赢未来。芬兰PES建筑设计事务所合伙人优睿·埃斯科拉分享了中芬中心项目参建体会。

The delegation visited the Southern New Town Planning Exhibition Hall and the China-Finland Cooperation and Exchange Center. During the ensuing exchange meeting, Consul General Anu Keinanen and District Chief Ling Xiangqian delivered addresses, expressing their shared hope to seize opportunities and build a win-win future together. Jyri Eskola, Partner at PES Architects, then shared key insights drawn from the practice's involvement in designing the Center.

同日，南京南部新城可再生能源供能项目荣获比利时布鲁塞尔举办的世界绿色设计组织第十五届年会暨布鲁塞尔峰会“能源转型与城市可持续发展类”绿色设计国际大奖。该奖项被誉为绿色设计领域的“奥斯卡”，彰显了中国企业在低碳城市能源规划与创新技术应用方面的全球领先地位。

Nanjing Southern New Town Renewable Energy Supply Project was honoured with the International Award for Green Design (“Energy Transition and Urban Sustainability” category) at the World Green Design Organization’s 15th Annual Congress & Brussels Summit in Brussels, Belgium, on 21 January 2026.

This award, widely considered the green design equivalent of an Oscar, serves as a global recognition of Chinese expertise in pioneering low-carbon urban energy solutions and innovative technology applications.
